Checking collate prints the pages of an album in proper binding order. For example, if you print two copies of the same 4-page album, your pages will be printed twice in sequential order: 1, 2, 3, and 4. If you don’t check collate, each page will be printed twice individually: 1, 1, 2, 2, 3, 3, and 4, 4.
